Dr. Khurram Shahzad did his MBBS from King Edward Medical College, Lahore. Later on he did his Maters in Public Administration from Punjab University Lahore and MS in Health from London School of Economics, UK. He joined civil services and has been working as a civil administrator in different capacities. He has worked as Deputy Secretary to Chief Minister Punjab, Deputy Secretary (Administration) in C&W Department, Forest Department and as Deputy Secretary (Police) in Home Department, Government of the Punjab. He has also served as General Manager, NFML in Ministry of Industries, Government of Pakistan. He is also the alumni of US States Department (IVLP) and LSE, Civil Service, Government and Public Policy. His areas of interest are, Health Sector Reforms, Disaster Risk Reduction and Community Based Disaster Risk Management. He is currently serving as Director PDMA Punjab.
